Rooms were especially spacious
A number of guests commented on how large the rooms were. In fact, some almost felt they were too big, but most liked the extra space and the sense of luxury that went along with it. The separate seating area with sofa was especially appreciated.

This is a one of a kind boutique property and guests were clearly very impressed with the décor and design. They found it to be unique, trendy and very attractive. This was the case for both the rooms and public areas. Guests felt that everything looked good and that they had all the equipment and facilities they needed.

The overwhelming majority of guests found the hotel’s staff to be excellent in all respects. Again and again guests would mention that they ad been treated professionally and with respect by staff members who clearly understood the requirements of the hospitality business.

A number of guests felt that the room rate charged by the hotel, while perhaps in keeping with the excellent facilities and decor, was a bit high for the specific location of Springfield. The prices were what they would have expected to pay at a similar hotel in a more central location.
