Just like home; unique décor theme
Guests
were at ease and felt very much at home in this apartment hotel as it was
well-equipped with a kitchenette, utensils, washing machine and even an onsite
grocery store. It was ideal for a good nights' rest as the apartments were
soundproof. Japanese theme of the apartment décor was loved by guests as it was
very contemporary and different. It also gave them an insight into the Japanese
art and tradition.

As
per all the guests, the apartments were spacious and clean in a quiet location.
Being close to the Jumeira Beach and Emirates Gold Club was an added attraction.
Guests loved the neighbourhood with lots of shops and restaurants.

The
basement parking was very safe and large catering to the parking needs of all
the guests. There was a free public parking outside too. Being a Japanese
apartment hotel, the staff was very respectful and helpful, and always greeted
guests with a big smiling face.

Non-availability of food in the hotel
Some
guests were a little disappointed on the non-availability of food in the hotel.
They either had to order from the restaurants outside the hotel or cook
themselves, which was considered to be inconvenient.

Guests who had come for a business meeting were a wee bit disappointed as the Wi-Fi could be connected only to one device at a time and was slow.

Uncomfortable beds; no sign board
Some
of the guests felt that the beds were rock hard, which led to very
uncomfortable sleep. Few of the guests found it difficult to locate the
apartment hotel as there was no sign board for the same.
