Positive Reviews
positive:
Excellent quality accommodation
Guests rarely have anything negative to say about the quality of this accommodation, often describing the studios and apartments as spotlessly clean, spacious, and fitted out with high quality amenities. Guests find the Wi-Fi reliable.
positive:
Fantastic location
The location of these apartments has proven popular with guests. Many comment on the proximity of Waverley Station and shopping along Princes Street although, in truth, there are few attractions that are more a short walk from the apartments.
positive:
Good value for money
Previous guests mention that they have enjoyed good value for money here. Those in larger groups have found the rates compare favourably to hotels, with the added bonus that you don’t have to find connecting/adjacent rooms.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Street level apartments can be noisy
As these apartments are in an area that is busy with shops, restaurants, and bars, it probably won’t come as too much of a surprise that some guests mention street noise. On the plus side, the problem only seems to be really noticeable in the ground floor apartments.
negative:
No elevator in building
While not a major concern, a number of guests have noted that there is no elevator in the building. It can be a bit of a hike to the top floor, especially if you are less nimble.
negative:
Parking may prove tricky
The apartments don’t offer any parking facilities and while one guest was able to secure free weekend parking with the help of the staff, this is not guaranteed. It is more likely that you will need to park in an NCP, around half a mile away from the property.
