Positive Reviews
positive:
Location Of Convenience
A supermarket is close by, and this is great as there is no restaurant on the premises. You can take advantage of the kitchenette and cook-up some delicious meals. The shuttle takes you to the city center and there is a mall nearby as well.
positive:
Security And Safety
The facility has a security guard that roams the premises, which makes you feel safe. The staff is helpful and friendly as well, which adds to the overall security and comfort level at the facility.
positive:
Reasonable Price And Great Accommodations
The accommodations are great. You get a suite for the price you would be charged in many facilities for a single room. Rooms are clean and spacious, and the kitchenette is fully functional. If you are staying for an extended period, you certainly have a home away from home.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Easy Does It
The service at the facility is lackadaisical. The staff seem to "take their time" and will get to you when they feel like it. Housekeeping is off as well as it is done only every few days. The shuttle service comes and goes at the whim of the staff so it's best to stay on their good side!
negative:
It's About The Fees
A resort fee is charged per room and per night. In addition, there is a fee to use the Wi-Fi as well, which doesn't seem fair. Wi-Fi today has become a must, almost a right. Why charge extra for it? You are also paying spa fees for amenities you don't even use!

Where's The Soundproofing?
Though the facility is pretty much laid back, you will hear the slightest bit of noise coming from other visitors in your room. The plumbing is especially horrendous, so don't be surprised to hear toilets flush throughout the day and night. The outside noise can seep in as well.
