Positive Reviews
positive:
Awesome location
The private beach isn't the only thing that's great about the location of this hotel; it's also in a great position for some stunning views. You'll find that there's plenty to do within easy walking distance, and the trip from the airport is a breeze.
positive:
Wonderful on-site amenities
You really don't have to leave this hotel at all during your stay as everything you could possibly need is all under one roof. Even kids will enjoy staying here as they have a nice playground and a very clean outdoor pool that is open all year.
positive:
Plenty of dining options
Even if you are a fussy eater, you're sure to find something here to your liking. They have a few restaurants, and even the bars serve a bit of food too. And if you're scared to try local cuisine then don't worry as you'll find lots of western dishes.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Not good for light sleepers
If you like to go to bed early then this place might not be the best idea. There is a bar that stays open until 2am and unfortunately, it's in the hotel. Even with earplugs, some guests have complained that they were kept awake by the loud music.
negative:
Starting to look a little worn
This hotel is certainly in the luxury bracket, but it's been a while since any upgrades were made so you can see signs of wear and tear throughout. It's not the worst but for the price that you pay you would expect a little more from a Hilton.
negative:
Poor service
The staff at the front desk seem friendly enough as do most others, but some guests have complained that their complaints fall on deaf ears, and it's nearly impossible to speak to anyone from management.
