It can get a little crowded
Guests who stayed at this hotel when it was at full capacity found it to be just a bit too crowded. They complained of issues such as not being able to secure a chair by the pool, or having to wait an excessive amount of time to be seated at the restaurants.
negative:
The birds love this place too
Some guests felt that the bird population, and their accompanying mess, was getting out of hand. They found that some of the public areas, and in particular the pools, were covered in bird droppings.
negative:
It's very expensive
The Fairmont Kea Lani bills itself as a luxury resort and prices its rooms accordingly. Some guests felt that, while their stay was pleasant, the nightly rate wasn't really in line with the quality of the accommodations and resort amenities. For what they paid, they expected something a tad more luxurious.
