There have been quite a number of travellers who have described the breakfast as way below par for a four star hotel. There was a constant shortage of side plates and cereal bowls, while it just seemed like general confusion on the part of the breakfast staff.

Hotel a little tired
Previous guests' have said that the hotel's building has seen better days, and it is in need of some updating. There are also worn furnishings and fittings in some of the rooms, while the bathroom taps are said to be a bit dated.
