The property is spotless according to visitors who add that the rooms are well maintained and look great. In addition to this, the common areas are also in immaculate condition.

A number of accommodations at the hotel offer views of the sea and some even have a balcony where you can sit and enjoy the scenery. Travellers point out that the views from these rooms is stunning and really adds to your stay.

Guests say the hotel is situated in an ideal spot that makes it easy to get to Pattaya's many places of interests. International Walking Street is a 20-minute walk from the property while Alcazar cabaret show can be reached in five minutes on foot. And if you wish to hangout at the beach, all you have to do is cross the street.

A couple of visitors state that some of the employees at the hotel could provide better service and be a little friendlier. While some staff members are good at their job, others are indifferent and don't do all that much to help you.

You can use a pool as well as a fitness centre when staying at the property but you will have to go to the hotel next door to find them. A few travellers note that having to leave the hotel to use some of the facilities is a bit of an inconvenience.

There is an on-site restaurant at the hotel where you will find a buffet breakfast as well as an a la carte menu for lunch and dinner. Several guests were not that impressed with the breakfast offerings in particular saying the choices are limited and the quality is not that great either.
