The staff at Muang Samui Spa Resort have received so many compliments from almost all guests who have had the privilege of staying there. It seems that there is no task too big or small for these staff members, whether you need a midnight snack, or a drink at the pool, you just have to ask.

The elegantly furnished guest rooms have been described as spacious enough for the whole family, while the decor and the bathrooms are so modern and well-appointed. Guests love the ambiance and peaceful setting of these rooms.

The beach across the street from this hotel is just at the North end of Chaweng, and many guests spend an entire day lounging in the sun there, while those who need to get to town say it is close enough to walk, while the beach is still quiet and peaceful.

Although guests agree this is not the fault of the hotel, there seem to be many mosquitos in the public areas at Muang Samui Spa Resort. If you find this to be an issue, you should make sure you bring your bug spray next time you visit.

The food and the drink inside the hotel is, according to visitors, so much more expensive than many of the regular restaurants within close proximity. This may be so, however the on-site restaurant is in a class on its own, and serves specialty dishes including international cuisine.

There have been a few complaints that the outdoor pool is quite small, and because of the beautiful gardens and the lush tall trees, this does cast a shadow over the pool, causing difficulty for the sun to shine through.
