Exceptionally small rooms
This was perhaps the most common complaint. While guests did appreciate they were in an incredibly central location, and somewhat small rooms was to be expected, many felt that matter had been carried a bit far. The rooms wee described as incredibly small - pretty much as small as they could get away with.
negative:
Street facing rooms quite noisy
Some guests found that the great central location did not come without a cost. Those allocated rooms facing the street reported that the windows did not seem to be soundproof, since they could quite easily hear the noise of the traffic down below.get away with.
negative:
A bit dark and gloomy
Quite a number of guests mentioned that they found the colour scheme the hotel used, in both the rooms and its public areas, resulted in a very dark and gloomy atmosphere.
