Positive Reviews
positive:
Great variety of food offered
It seems that many guests were on full or half board packages, and were perhaps a bit apprehensive on arrival. What if they didn't like the food? In the end they were happy to report that the sheer size of the resort ensured that there was an enormous variety of different cuisines available. There were no reports of guest getting bored with the food.
positive:
Great position near the beach
While some guests disputed the marketing assertion that it was “right on” the beach, nobody disagreed that the each was close enough to just walk down to when the mood struck.
positive:
Excellent animation team
It was hard to find a bad word spoken about the animation team. They were described as professional, and always looking to get guests involved in the entertainment.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Rooms don't do the complex justice
While nearly all guests were very impressed with the public amenities available, and also the way they were kept in tip top shape, many were less complimentary about the rooms. They felt that they let the resort down by having outdated décor, and often a series of little problems that got a bit on guest's nerves.
negative:
Possible problem with the plumbing
A surprising number of guests reported the smell of drains in their bathrooms, indicating that there may be pervasive problems with the sewage system at the complex. It is a massive property, so this problem could also perhaps only affect certain sections.
negative:
A bit too large for some
Of course guests knew when booking that it was a massive resort. But on reflection a few guests mentioned that the large size was a disadvantage for them. Things just seemed more crowded and hectic when there were so many people about.
