The Villa Bugamvilla is newly built, has a well-maintained garden with grass, swimming pool, large parking area, garage, outside shower, terraces and barbecue. It consists of two floors. On the ground floor we find a large living room with comfortable and rustic furnitures, a spacious dining room also with access to the American kitchen which is fully equipped, a bathroom, two bedrooms (one with twin beds and one double) with fitted wardrobes, bathroom with tub. On the first floor, is the master bedroom complemented by a dressing room, terrace, and bathroom with shower. Hence access a solarium where you can enjoy the magnificent view of Denia and the sea. The villa is ideal for a perfect vacation, because it has privacy and tranquility of its location (on the slopes of Montgo) but also the advantage of being very close to La Pedrera, a small hamlet belonging to Denia where we find all kinds of services: restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, etc. Denia is located on the Costa Blanca, between Valencia and Alicante. It is the ideal place to discover this part of Spain.
