Upon arrival, you receive complimentary coffee and tea beverage service. Request it again at any time during your stay. You can also receive packing and unpacking service and luggage storage. Shoe shine and two garment presses are complimentary. If you need a wakeup call, the front desk will phone you with a personal greeting and the day's weather forecast. The butler service is accessible via email so you can stay in contact even away from the hotel.
