The hotel is conveniently located near public transportation services such as the Central MTR station, the Star Ferry and the Macau ferry terminal. It's also walking distance to local restaurants and shopping landmarks like the IFC shopping mall and the SoHo district.

Guests liked that LBP served a complimentary breakfast giving you options between Western or Chinese food. The breakfast is served in a restaurant next door. Visitors who had to check out early said they were even offered a free sandwich since they left too early to eat breakfast.

Management took care of issues and answered guests' questions about sightseeing and local attractions. Visitors praised their friendliness and helpfulness. The front desk helped one guest retrieve their bag of clothes after checking out.

While most guests commented that they enjoyed breakfast, some said it was way too crowded in the lobby café. They said that there was way more demand than space in the café, so they didn't bother to wait in line.

As often repeated about Asian hotels, there were complaints about the hardness of the bed. Several guests said they had trouble sleeping because of the stiffness. Those who complained to hotel management said they were given padded mattress covers.

If you're from the West, expect the rooms to feel smaller than what you're used to. Many guests commented that while the rooms are clean, they're not very big. There were also complaints that the bathrooms were too cramped.
