Negative Reviews
negative:
Not sufficient toiletries
There have been a number of complaints from guests who would have liked to see more bathroom supplies. Some guests did not even find a bar of soap in their bathroom, while others would have preferred to have shampoo and conditioner.
negative:
Awkward bolt on door
Most guests had a problem with the bolt on the door at night, as it was dark and difficult to see the combination. Also there is no landing in front of the door. Nonetheless, all guests did get the hang of opening the bolt by the end of the vacation.
negative:
Limited parking spots
There are only a few parking bays in front of St James Hotel, so if you arrive late and they are all full, you can go round the back where there are plenty more available. Most guests prefer to park out front where it is more convenient to get to your room.
