    Great location

    Guests are happy that they can take nice walks around the campus and that the city centre is just a short drive away. The fact that there is very little traffic nearby makes it a great place for kids and playing sports.

    Cheap as can be

    This place is incredibly cheap when compared to hotels around the city. You get a bed and a bathroom in a perfect location for a great rate making it ideal for those in town for an extended stay or if you are on a budget.

    Great food options

    There is a lovely dining hall that serves up excellent breakfasts each morning, and there are many dining options close to the property. You can even find some decent grocery stores too so you can cook in your apartment.

    Noisy in the extreme

    The athletics field is a busy place even during the summer, and there are a lot of people hanging out there long into the evening. The noise is unbearable for some especially as you need to open the windows to get fresh air.

    Very messy

    The rooms aren't cleaned properly, and it's probably because all the staff are students doing summer jobs. They have no training in running or cleaning a hotel and guests have found dirty sheets and dirty pots and pans in the kitchens.

    Floodlit rooms

    The lights from the athletics field don't get turned off until quite late at night so don't expect to be able to get an early night with all that light pouring in through the thin curtains. There's nothing you can do about it either which is rather annoying.
