The rooms, though on the smaller side in typical Parisian fashion, are modern and comfortable with large windows. The private bathrooms are large and spacious. Better than what you get at many resorts of its class in Paris.

The staff at Hotel Paris Lécluse is warm, friendly, and very professional. This extends to the concierge services which are sharp and timely.

Several guests have reported being surprised by the quiet and serene atmosphere inside the hotel which contrasts quite sharply with many other resorts in town. A supermarket, metro station, and pharmacy are just next door. Guests can buy fresh produce at the nearby street market.

Although the hotel staff bills itself as multilingual, several guests have reported that many staff members have a rather limited grasp of the language while others don’t speak English at all.

A number of guests have reported that their rooms had a couple of broken down facilities such as mirrors, towel racks, and doors that won’t close. Though the Wi-Fi signal was good in public spaces, rooms that are far from the router have a weak signal.

Some rooms have poor air-conditioning and guests have to resort to opening their windows to let in some cool air.
