    Ideal Location for Fort Myers

    A number of guests said that if you plan on staying in Fort Myers for the evening, or you're flying out from the airport, this hotel makes a fine location. You're not far from golf courses or the airport itself. Plus, there's a free shuttle that takes guests to and from the airport, if needed.

    Wi-Fi Nothing to Write Home About

    Some guests mentioned that the Wi-Fi is extremely poor. It's very hard to connect and when it does it run it seems to move very sluggish.

    Renovations a Nuisance to Some

    A few guests mentioned that the rooms appear dated, however, renovations seem to be taking place in 2015. Because of this, some guests mentioned it can be a bit intrusive. So if you're bothered by a bit of dust and work crews walking about, you may have an issue.

    Lacking Some Customer Service

    While it seems a majority of the guests didn't have an issue with the staff, others did. They mentioned that the front desk seemed uninterested in helping guests with their issues. Others mentioned that housekeeping failed to clean their rooms. Some added that in order to have their rooms cleaned, they had to call housekeeping for the service. Again, most visitors did seem to enjoy the staff overall.
