Having your own swimming pool, it goes without saying, is the big draw of these apartments. They are nice and large and great for families. However, guests also appreciate the sheer size and nice layout of the villas and the comfy beds.

If you're looking for a nice quiet spot away from the buzz of central Seminyak, you'll feel at home here. Guests like the secluded and tranquil feel of the place yet having restaurants, eateries and shops all within short walking distance.

The staff are, as you would expect, extremely friendly and helpful. Their service with a smile and efforts to make you at ease endears them to the guests.

Whilst the notion of having breakfast brought to you in your villa each day sounds appealing, guests are soon bored of what is laid out in front of them. It is the same every day and not very inspiring at that. There is nothing cooked, like some guests are accustomed to elsewhere, and it is just plain dull - so much so that many guests regularly go out and treat themselves to breakfast elsewhere.

Although by no means exclusive to this residence, guests point out that mosquitos are a very real and annoying problem. They are everywhere and feel more efforts could be made to repel them. The bedsrooms are not even equipped with mosquito nets as standard or enitrely sealed off - inviting them in.

For many guests, the standard of housekeeping could be improved. Whilst it is not terrible, they could replace the towels and linen more frequently and make more of an effort to keep the pools clean.
