Negative Reviews
negative:
Unhelpful staff a shock for many.
Unfortunately, many previous guests had lots to say about the staff. Feeling unwelcomed, many guests experienced generally hostility from staff, who apparently have a tendency to not smile or engage well with their guests.
negative:
Pricey stay catches you off guard.
You will have to come prepared for a stay at this hotel. With costs ranging from pricey menus at the Blackman restaurants to parking charges, there are many added fees that come as a surprise.
negative:
No bath a little disappointing.
Disappointingly, many guests were not too chuffed to notice that suites do not have baths. In this sense, the hotel does not cater for preferences. You will have to put up with just a shower during your stay.
