The infinity pool received rave reviews, since guests enjoyed the view of the city and the uniquely designed cabanas, which offered some privacy to quietly relax poolside. The pool area is maintained quite well and very clean.

Negative Reviews
negative:
Service not worthy of five stars
Guests reported that the front-desk staff was either hit or miss, as sometimes check-in was provided quickly and with a smile, but other times there was little friendliness on the staff's part. Several guests complained that special requests or service orders required multiple calls and waiting times of 40 to 60 minutes. There were multiple occasions where guests did not receive their desired bedding arrangement despite having booked months in advance, only to find out upon entering the room that their room type had been changed.
negative:
Bathrooms not for the shy
The bathrooms feature glass windows, so unless you are occupying a room by yourself, this lack of privacy might not be ideal.
negative:
Pricey drinks
Some guests found the drinks to be quite expensive, but guests can avoid this by simply venturing out into the neighborhood with its many bars and restaurants. Overall, this is a minor concern and doesn't detract from the overall positive experience of most guests.
