The hotel is located on a secluded partial island in stunning surroundings. The city of Porec is only a few minutes away by car and there are numerous tourist attractions on the other side in the direction of Funtana. The ambiance is serene away from the busy street.
Food at the hotel is great. Fresh local ingredients are used and the variety is good. In fact, the food is on par, or better, than many restaurants in the area.
Though the breakfast is good, the beverages come up short. The orange and apple juices taste too watery. You may encounter slow service and gloomy faces from the staff as well. The breakfast area gets too crowded and should be larger.
There is a visible roof linked with the hotel from many rooms that would be great as an outdoor patio. Viewing such a large concrete space that could obviously be put to good use is an eye sore.
Longer hours would be great for the inside pool and gym. Since the hotel is somewhat family oriented, it would be great if they had more activities for children. Moreover, beverages are not included for dinner, you even have to pay for water.
