positive:
Great service from the friendly staff.
You'll be well looked after while you stay at this hotel, all the staff are very helpful and approachable. If there is anything you need just ask someone that works here and they'll do their best to help.
positive:
Lots of space to enjoy in the rooms.
The rooms here are spacious, providing you with plenty of room so that you don't feel boxed in or cramped, even with lots of luggage. The comfortable furnishings also make the rooms great for relaxing in.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Small car park and not enough spaces.
The car park here is too pokey, and the height restriction is a pain too. Getting your car in and out can be difficult and there aren't enough spaces for all the cars when the hotel is full.
negative:
A hotel that makes you pay for the Wi-Fi.
This hotel isn't a cheap place, but the management still seems to think that they can charge extra on top on the room rate for Wi-Fi. This is a big disadvantage to staying here and a pain for business travellers.
negative:
A dated hotel that isn't kept clean enough.
Age is taking its toll on this place and it's starting to look rather tired, both inside and out. Some refurbishment would go a long way, along with regular maintenance. Proper cleaning needs to be carried out too.
