Facilities need regular cleaning
A high number of guests complained about the low standard of cleanliness at the hostel. The chief complaint was that the bathrooms run down, poorly kept and were often found to be dirty. Other complaints included that the kitchen area was also frequently dirty and that the dorm rooms smelled unpleasantly.
negative:
Noisy inner and outer environment
Guests warned that the hotel is noisy and that your sleep may be disturbed. At times the noise comes from other guests having conversations late into the night and from the building itself which is old and has squeaky wooden floor boards. The sound of traffic is also loud as the hostel faces a busy main road and is in close proximity to the main train.

Inadequate facilities need upgrading
Several complaints were made about the facilities, including that the kitchen is small and ill equipped to cater for the number of guests staying there. The bathrooms reportedly have no hangers or shelf space for you to store your belongings whilst showering. There is also no lift service which may be difficult for people with heavy luggage.
