Outstanding Staff Easy to Communicate With
At this hotel, the friendly staff provide excellent service during the entire length of your stay. They are helpful and efficient. They also speak great English which can be a great comfort when you are in an unknown city.
positive:
Spacious Accommodations
Guests say you'll have plenty of room to move about in a comfortable fashion in these rooms. You won't be at all crowded, and will indeed be quite comfortable.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Overpriced Breakfast Service
Guests are disappointed in the mediocre breakfast service at this hotel. They feel the cost is quite overpriced for what you get, and that it should be included in your room rate, and not an extra fee.
negative:
Poor Wi-Fi Signal
The free Wi-Fi connexion is quite slow, and guests are disappointed that the paid connexion offers little improvement to speed. They say it feels impossible to access, so if you require constant Internet access during your travels, you'll have to seek alternative options, perhaps at a nearby cafe.
negative:
Draped in Sunlight
The bright sun can be lovely, but not when you're trying to relax and sleep-in on a lazy morning. Guests say rooms do not come with blackout curtains and the daylight can easily pass through the thin curtains into the room. You may want to consider bringing a sleep mask.
