This hotel is certainly nothing fancy, but for a number of guests, this Ramada location provided a solid, basic stay in a convenient location. Visitors found it centrally located for local shopping and dining and a fair number of business travelers commented that it is also well-situated for those making the journey onward to Raleigh.

Assorted bugs
There were consistent reports of bedbugs, water bugs and roaches here. Understandably, this made for an extremely unpleasant stay for a number of guests, many of whom promptly informed the front desk as to the conditions within their rooms. Despite guests voicing their concerns, it seems that this problem has not been rectified.

All-around TLC needed
Be it stains on walls and carpeting, dirty floors, mold in bathrooms, strange odors, broken air conditioning units and more, time and time again, guests have voiced their concerns over what could be bettered here. For many, the basic housekeeping was lacking, with dirty linens and overflowing trash cans a persistent issue. A large number also feel that this hotel is in need of a complete refurbishment.
