Rooms are pleasantly decorated, clean and comfortable. The Wi-Fi is good and reliable.
The complimentary breakfast is good with plenty of choice and well presented. There are plenty of hot options on offer. The bar deserves a mention for some appetizing food options. Everything is well presented and the service is excellent. Another attraction on the food front is the proximity of the Dunkin' Donut … immediately next door!
The approach to rooms isn't attractive with dark and quite scary corridors before you reach the room itself. Rooms are clean but sound insulation is nil. Cleaning is a bit hit ‘n miss.
Many aspects of this hotel are OK, but it suffers as the result of a very ‘iffy' location. You'll think twice before venturing out at night and probably lie awake, wondering if your car is still intact. Even the hotel staff members advise against walking anywhere. Pity.
It's OK to be dog friendly but the grassy areas where dogs go through their necessary functions aren't cleaned up. Also, it's not unheard of for the hotel to run out of towels and the clogging of drainage from the shower goes unattended.
