The staff were found to be pleasant people to talk to as their English skills were good. They took care of giving information of the area and tried to fulfill requests. They were polite and patient with guests.

The rooms were found to be clean and cosy with the basic amenities for a stay. The rooms had mini fridges, tea makers and were kept clean on a daily basis. There was also an option for Japanese-style rooms.

Guests felt the breakfast was delicious and worth trying. They had the option of choosing between Japanese and Western-style food items. They were also changed on a daily basis and the room had pond and garden views.

Guests felt the stay they paid for was slightly overpriced. The hotel did not have spacious rooms and there was not much to do in the area and the hotel lacked the character it needed to charge such prices.
