If you're craving a Mediterranean beach break, then this might be the hotel for you. With the shimmering Costa de Maresme just metres away from this property, many guests found it very difficult to fault this hotel's seaside location.

Isolation can be the curse of many a beachfront property, but that certainly isn't the case here. This hotel is located right in the village of Santa Susanna, which boasts great train links to Barcelona. Additionally, this hotel is convenient for those who wish to explore the coastal towns of Lloret de Mar and Tossa de Mar.

While poor service was a past issue at this hotel, things on this front appear to be improving. A number of recent guests have commented very positively on the helpful and polite attitude of staff here.

Rooms and public areas at this property are kept clean and tidy, but quite a few visitors commented on the dated and tired appearance of the hotel, with some feeling that a refurbishment is needed.

This hotel's pool is located on the roof of the property and while many have commented positively on the view from this location, the pool itself, it seems, could be better. The main complaint here is that this particular amenity is just too shallow; in fact, at the first instance, quite a number of guests mistook it for one of the property's two children's pools.

This hotel operates a key card access system, but many found that these were rather sensitive. In fact, much to the frustration of many guests, malfunctioning cards were all too common here, resulting in guests unable to use the bar and various other amenities.
