Extremely helpful, polite and friendly hotel staff
The staff go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable and peaceful. They are very well learned regarding the regions' hotspots and freely offer guests tips on the major attractions in the area. The reception staff are very efficient and guests are well taken care of.

The rooms are well decorated. The furniture is refined and well maintained and blends in well with the overall theme of the hotel. Bathrooms are very clean and the showers are powerful. The bathtubs are also very roomy.

Wi-Fi signal keeps going on and off and is weak
Although the wireless internet signal was free, it was very weak in some areas and almost nonexistent in others. According to some guests, the signal also kept dropping at the most inopportune times and this was quite a nuisance.

Guestrooms were poorly soundproofed
A few guests raised concerns about the lack of appropriate sound insulation in the rooms. Noise carried easily from room to room and light sleepers were easily disturbed by loud television sets and footsteps echoing in the hallways.

A few guests were disturbed by the humid and oppressive smell in the hotel's guestrooms. The smell was greatly felt on the walls, carpets and bathroom towels absorbed the bad odour rendering them virtually unusable if you had a sensitive nose.
