positive:
Good location
The hotel is well located near the Interstate and just beside the Interstate 95 route. It's in a fairly quiet neighbourhood and has a Dunkin' Donuts outlet next door. There are plenty of eating options nearby. The hotel is convenient for people getting out of New York City for a while and for those traveling to Maine or nearby Newport.
positive:
Breakfast light, but options nearby
The hotel provides a 'grab and go' breakfast consisting of tea/coffee and oatmeal bars or similar snacks. Some of the guests have expressed disappointment that the breakfast is so light. However, some of the residents found it convenient to visit the 'Dunkin' Donuts' outlet next door, or another breakfast outlet "Denny's" to fill their stomach and set themselves up for the day.
