Negative Reviews
negative:
Actually looking a little dated
This iconic building was built in the 1970s and although guests say that there have been upgrades through the years, they also feel that Disney's Contemporary Resort is actually in need of an overhaul. Guests commented that the retro exterior of the hotel and the dated furniture are opportunities for improvement.
negative:
A busy hotel with long queues
Unfortunately, some guests were disappointed in the long queues at the reception desk and elevators at this hotel, meaning they had to wait around much longer than they felt was acceptable.
negative:
Should be better for the money
A small number of frustrated guests found issues with their stays, which they felt were not acceptable for the price they paid. From housekeeping arriving at times that were awkward when children were napping to a lack of vacuuming, the room servicing just didn't feel 5-star.
