Positive Reviews
positive:
Convenient for transport links
Both the metro station and the train station are within just a few minutes' walk, so it is quick and easy to get around Naples or out of Naples to popular tourist attractions such as Pompeii. The bus service to the airport runs from nearby too, which is very handy.
positive:
Funky decoration!
Guests like that this hotel has unusual and colourful decoration themed around famous movie stars. If you are looking for somewhere a bit different, rather than the plain hotel décor you might usually find on your travels, this hotel could be for you.
positive:
Friendly, family run business
Staff are really nice and friendly, greeting guests and remembering their names. Any language problems which may be experienced are smoothed out both by the positive attitude and by the fact that they are really keen to be of help.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Problems with the showers
Some guests
find the showers to be too small and are not able to shower in great comfort. Others
had issues with how the showers worked, saying the shower leaked or was not
watertight because the door did not close properly.
negative:
No lift
The hotel is in an old building which does not have a lift. You will need to use the stairs, which may mean the accommodation is not suitable for infirm or elderly guests. Some do find the stairs a struggle when carrying luggage but staff are happy to help.
negative:
Hotel can be noisy
The hotel is in a central location, with restaurants on the same street, so it is to be expected that the streets will be busy at times and this can mean some noise is heard. This was a disturbance for some hotel guests.
