Located next to the 5 freeway, Best Western Capistrano Inn has the perfect location for exploring all of Southern California, from San Diego to Los Angeles. The ocean, beach and harbor are four miles away. If you're getting in by train, the Amtrak station is only a mile away. The hotel is easily accessible from the freeway exit and walking distance to the historical district of San Juan Capistrano. .

Some guests found the decor to be outdated and uninviting, some of the outlets did not work, and several appliances were non-functional. The rooms, however, are kept very clean and orderly and the hotel is slowly undergoing renovation. Both the pool area and about half of the rooms have already been redone.
