Hotel Best Western Boerne Inn & Suites (Boerne, USA)

Members of staff are great; very helpful and friendly. Obviously, the front-desk folk are the first to be noticed but, throughout, everyone is really ‘top notch'.

A special mention is due to the exceptional breakfast staff! In many ways, they lead the way and if everyone was as ‘on the ball' as this, then the hotel would be super-special and in a league of its own.

Nothing tired and dated here. Everything seems new, clean and sparkling fresh… and beds are really comfortable and relaxing.

The hotel is very conveniently located, but some rooms are liable to suffer from Interstate noise. Light sleepers should specify the need for a room at the opposite end of the building. The water pressure is iffy and really quite noisy too. A further noise intrusion can be via the constant barking of dogs in the neighborhood.

You'll need to travel a while to get to a restaurant. Not a massive problem but you might choose to eat early rather than having to drive later.

The hotel has obviously had mega bucks spent on it. It truly sparkles and is totally impressive. They still need to address things like luggage transportation for elderly and disabled guests, but, generally, facilities are outstanding here. The property next door though is very run down and looks even worse now, because the hotel is so great. Having said that, there is a sometimes strange smell, possibly relating to pets staying. Hmm. Either way; pleasant it isn't!
