The hotel takes customer service very seriously; the front desk, concierge, doormen, housekeeping, wait staff and other various employees are extremely professional and courteous at all times.
Guestrooms are spacious and comfortable. The in-room coffee provided is tasty, the cable TV selection is good, the beds are comfortable and scenic views of the mountains and city are absolutely amazing. Rooms are also very clean as is the property in general, including the fitness center and pool areas. Also worth noting, the room service is great and the prices reasonable.

It’s well equipped for business travel but also very safe and family-friendly. There are many restaurants, shops and museums and galleries within walking distance, so you’ll find plenty of places to explore nearby. It’s also quick and easy to grab taxis, which are always available, should you want to venture farther.
The hotel’s elevators are extremely slow, so if you have somewhere to be make sure to plan ahead. The stairs are a good alternative.
