Negative Reviews
negative:
No elevator available
For guests staying on the first floor, this is not too much of a problem. However, for guests staying on higher floors, the fact that this hotel does not have an elevator can be quite a hassle, especially when travelling with large amounts of luggage
negative:
Housekeeping could visit more regularly
For the duration of some guest's visit at this hotel, the beds and rooms have not been made-up. Guests have been slightly put-off when coming back to their rooms to find that nothing had been cleaned up and beds had not been made during their absence.
negative:
Located in front of a motorway
Some guests have found the noise created by the cars on the highway outside this hotel to be rather bothersome. This hotel would do well to increase sound-proofing efforts to ensure that guests are not continually disturbed by the loud noises of traffic passing by.
