The 14 m high, 3-star superior Hotel Alea is located at Joseph-Fraunhofer-Strasse 18. It comprises 43 rooms and an area for workshops and conferences, covering 2500 square meters altogether. The breakfast hall with a height of almost 7 m is the eye-catcher and central area of the hotel. Guests can enjoy an extensive breakfast there. Hotel Alea doesn’t have its own restaurant kitchen, but in cooperation with catering firms can offer you a buffet of your choice at a very reasonable price. All the rooms are high, filled with light and fitted out with modern furniture including top-quality boxspring hotel beds. Each room has its own shower/toilet incl. hair dryer, free WLAN, a flatscreen TV, a desk and a safe. Even the bathrooms have daylight. Apart from a spacious shower cubicle (120x90cm) they provide the latest design, technical standard and comfort that can be expected. As an ecologically oriented house the property does its best to create a healthy and personal atmosphere for guests. The house is ventilated virtually odour- and pollen-free. Alea has highly effective soundproof windows and a CO2-neutral heating system based on wood and solar heat.
