A long family story... Open in 1901 by Léopold and Marie Joris by the name of « Café Joris » and then retaken by Marcel and Ida Joris, it is in 1970, when Roger and Lydwine Joris became the owners that the name changed and officially became « Au Petit Vélan ». It is in this hostel, located in the center of the village Bourg Saint Pierre, -village full of history already mentioned by Sigéric of Cantorberry in 990 in his description of the itinerary of the famous Via Francigena- that we'll have the pleasure to welcome you in our establishment.
