The hotel is in middle of industrial estate, many of the previous guests felt the area was a bit grim. The hotel by itself is attractive, but it is located near a freeway. However, there is a tram close by that can take you to the city center.
Some guests felt one of only issues with this hotel is that they charge per night for car parking, despite the fact that the hotel is situated on retail park. Guests travelling by car had to drive 3km to access the car park.
