Holiday Inn Express - Naples South - I-75, an IHG Hotel (Naples, USA)

The hotel was found to be a clean one according to most guests who stayed here. They expected this basic but important amenity in the hotel. They were happy to find their hotel was nice and taken care of. They felt comfortable with the clean ambiance.

The staff members were found to be friendly people according to most guests who stayed here. These included the cleaning staff who greeted guests. They made the guests’ stay positively memorable by being professional and settling requests quickly.

There were guests who needed to have an overnight stay and they felt this motel did the job for these visits. They were happy with the basics such as clean rooms and free breakfast.

The rooms were found to have strange smells once guests entered the rooms. The rooms smelled of mold, mildew and/or smoke which was not a pleasant thing for guests. They felt the hotel could do more to freshen the rooms.

Guests were did not like that there were guests who worked in the motel rooms. There were ladies of the night and certain drug deals going on in the area. They did not like this ambiance at night and will try to avoid it next time they’re in the area.

The rooms were thought to be outdated and in need of a renovation. The light fixtures did not work, the carpets were old and used, and the furnishings were from decades past. They would have preferred some updating in the rooms.
