This hotel is not far from several places of interest which guests have appreciated, including the Logan International Airport, Boston and Wellesley College as well as a host of shopping, dining and entertainment across the street at Legacy Place shopping mall.

From the front-desk staff to the shuttle bus service staff, all offer impeccable service and show a real eagerness to please. Very seldom does one come across a positive review in which the staff members are not boasted about for their hospitality.

Although it is said that other features at this hotel set-off the fact that this hotel is beginning to look outdated, reviews do indicate that an upgrade of some features as well as some refurbishment to the building would go a long way.

Several guest feel as though the on-site breakfast is a bit pricey and perhaps should be included in the price of staying at this hotel. Although here have been few complaints about the food itself, it is felt by most that breakfast should not be an extra expense.

Guests have not been pleased with the frequency of housekeeping visits to the rooms at this hotel. Bedding is not changed daily and rooms are left untidy for days without being attended to which leaves guests with a rather bad impression about the cleanliness of this hotel.
