Positive Reviews
positive:
Prompt shuttle.
When one is travelling, and relying on a service to see them to where they need to be, a kind of stress sets in. Guests staying at Quality Inn Midtown, and making use of their airport transfer need not worry. The service is on time, and reliable.
positive:
Restaurants in surrounding area.
The immediate area surrounding the Quality Inn Midtown, provides guests with a variety of restaurants to choose from for their mealtime options. The majority of these establishments are within walking distance.
positive:
Check-in a breeze.
Upon arrival, guests will find their check-in process to run smoothly, and without hassle. There is nothing worse than after traveling a distance, and having to spend some time waiting before heading to their rooms.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Busy, noisy street.
The street outside is a little on the noisy side, and can cause a bit of a disruption to guests sensitive to noise. For any guests who are light sleepers, they are recommended to request rooms on the far side of the hotel.
negative:
Small breakfast room.
The breakfasts are delicious, but unfortunately the room it is served in isn't very large, and guests may find that the area gets crowded quickly. Fighting for space to enjoy a meal sets a bad tone at the start of the day, and some guests have found that the feeling lingers throughout the rest of their waking hours.
negative:
Not enough parking.
The Quality Inn Midtown offers free self-parking, but unfortunately the size of the parking lot isn't big enough to provide enough space for all guests to park. Working on a first-come-first-served basis, looking for a parking space becomes an ordeal when the challenge of beating another guest to spot takes priority.
