Villa Alba Chiara is a beautiful 200 m2 two-storey villa, 7 km from the Mount Athos gate, with a monastic architecture, panoramic sea view, a 90 m2 swimming pool, immersed in flowers, pines, olive, lemon and orange trees, in a 15.000 m2 estate. The villa has been totally rennovated Fall 2017. In the ground floor, it consists of a spacious living room with air condition, satellite TV and internet, dining area for 10-12 prs, open space fully equipped inox kitchen, lavatory, WC, big verandas with seaview, a BBQ and wood oven dining area for 10-12 prs and external store room. In the upper floor there are 5 totally renovated bedrooms and new bathrooms: 4 with double beds and 1 with 2 single beds. 3 of the bedrooms have their en-suite bathrooms and 2 have their private bathrooms. Two (2) baby cots are provided for babies up to 3 yrs old. All rooms have access to veranda and garden with play area for children and a beautiful view to the Holly Mountain. All bedrooms have spacious wardrobes, mosquito nets and air-conditioners. In each of the 3 double bedrooms there is an additional sofa bed to sleep 3 more children up to 10 yrs old. Hot water is provided from solars and electrical heaters. Bed linen, towels, iron and iron board are also provided. Bed linen and towels are changed once a week, free of charge. Toiletry (paper, soap, shampoo) and cleaning material (vacuum, bucket, broom, detergents) are also provided. The villa is self-serviced and delivered clean. Extra cleaning can be provided with extra cost at request. In only 100 m walking distance from the beach, facing the sunrise from the Holy Mount of Athos, Villa Alba Chiara is located near Tripiti - the small port that brings to the island of Ammouliani. The village of Ouranoupoli (for restaurants, night life, water sports, ferries to Mount Athos and Drenia islands) is in a 7,5 km distance, Nea Roda (for shopping, night life, sports, beaches) is in a 2,5 km distance. At Tripiti there is bus stop for Thessaloniki and the neighbor villages. In case of emergency the villa is located 7 km from the Health Center of Ierissos and 55 km from the Regional Hospital of Poligiros. Banks and super markets are found also in Ierissos and Ouranoupoli. If you like history, you are right in the middle. At Tripiti you can find the ruins of the ancient city of Sani (400 BC). At Nea Roda you can see the place of the Persian King Xerxes’ channel (480 BC). Walking from the Ierissos beach (7 km) towards the inner clieves you can visit the ancient town of Akanthos (300 BC) with its tumbs and byzantine church. Or visit ancient Stagira, the birthplace of the philosopher Aristotele, tutor of Alexander the Great and its thematic park. Surely you must visit Ouranoupoli with its roman tumbs and Mount Athos, with more than 20 monasteries, a unique place on earth where it is said that you feel ‘in the arms of God’. In the period of Summer, every half an hour, there are ferries that in 15 minutes bring you to the island of Ammouliani, with its beautiful beaches of Alikes, Ai Giorgis, Megali Ammos and Karagatsia. Near the beach in front of the Villa there is a rent-a-boat (no licence needed) for small excursions to the small islands of Drenia and Ammouliani.
