About La Garenne

La Garenne consists of 4 charming 200 year old traditional thatched Breton cottages, situated in the picturesque and peaceful Blavet valley, with stunning views of the river as it meanders its way through La Vallee Verte. Our largest cottage, La Grange, sleeps up to 7 and our 3 smaller cottages, La Chaumiere, Le Pressoir and Le Fournil sleep up to 5. The cottages share a private heated outdoor swimming pool and are set in 3 acres of gardens with easy access to the river towpath, which runs for miles in either direction. There is plenty to see and do nearby for all ages and interests, with fabulous beaches, markets, restaurants and chateaux a short drive away.
