Guests often mentioned how the staff were extremely efficient and eager to help, and that they acted like nothing was too much trouble. Furthermore, when something was amiss with the rooms, staff members did what they could to resolve issues.

Guests appreciated how this property is in the centre of Oranmore and gave them the ability to walk to nearby pubs and eateries. Furthermore, many guests decided to take buses to Galway, which they reported as being only about ten minutes away.

Guests generally spoke very favourably about the food. They remarked that the portions were sizeable and said that the items tasted good. However, the food is also frequently enjoyed by the locals, so reservations are recommended to avoid disappointment during your stay.

Guests said there is only enough space to accommodate about ten vehicles in the car park. As a result, they mentioned it was extremely hard to find a place to park there, especially during times of peak usage. Although guests were usually able to find street parking, they sometimes didn't like having to put their vehicles in one of those spaces and then walk back to the hotel.

Guests said that the soundproofing here is almost non existent. They mentioned being able to clearly hear sounds of moving chairs and chatter from the restaurant, as well as noises from neighbouring occupants, which sometimes made sleeping difficult.

Guests said they would have liked it if there were a lounging area where they could relax and be sociable when not being served in the restaurant or bar. However, most said this was just a minor downside.
