House El Molino in Tobed has 2 main floors plus an attic and a terrace on the third floor. On the ground floor there's the main hall with access on the right to the kitchen-dining room, pantry and washing room, in the front we access the garage, and on the left there's the big lounge (50 m2) with a chimney and 2 double sofa-beds plus the downstairs bathroom. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms (20, 13, 11 50 m2) and 4 beds (2 double and 2 single) and the upstairs bathroom. You can ascend to the air-conditioned attic up a spiral staircase. In it there are 2 more bedrooms, a double and a single with 2 small twin beds (80 cm wide), and the terrace with views of the mountains of the valley, ideal for sunbathing. If needed single beds or cots can be set in the master bedrooms. The house has 220 V electricity, telephone and Internet ADSL flat rate, air-conditioning in the upper rooms, hot water and central heating. There's satellite TV plus the Internet. In the kitchen, 2 fridges + freezer, gas cooker, toaster, kettle, microwave oven, dishwasher and washing machine. As complementary buildings there is the garage, plus adjacent covered area.
