La Casa del Borgo B&B is located just out of Brissago Valtravaglia, at the place named “Ca' du Bas” at 500 metres altitude. Inside this small old “Borgo” of rural houses, which was once a monastery, you'll find yourself completely surrounded by the woods of Valtravaglia and close to the Lake Maggiore. It is a relaxing oasis where you can find peace and quiet, a beautiful view of the valley around and Swiss Mountains. You'll be hosted in the old rural house, recently restored to maintain the original charm, where you will find, on the first floor a nice living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a mezzanine with sofa and TV, one double bedroom, a second bedroom with bunk bed and bathroom with tub. On the ground level there is the entry hall and a second bathroom with shower. You can enjoy your breakfast either inside or in the garden, which is part of the apartment and at your disposal. The philosophy is to offer sustainable and responsible tourism, based on healthy food from local producers, and the property is also energy and environmental conscious by using energy savers lighting and low impact cleaning products. Important to note: the B&B is a non-smoking property and pets are not accepted.
