Colebrooke House is situated just under 2km from the city centre, and features an inclusive breakfast.
The varying rooms accommodate for different size groups. Colebrooke House does not accept groups of 4 or 5 male groups.
Colebrooke House features an array of DVD’s, board games, laundry facilities, a lounge, cable TV, a kitchen and hairdryers at request.

As with any structure, upkeep is important. Maintenance at Colebrooke House takes time as a smaller team manages it, and some areas need some attention. Light sleepers may find themselves awakened by one of the room’s radiators that let’s out a noise ever
